Meet The Staff

Priscilla brings over 20 years of experience in dental office management and patient care. As our manager and heart of our front office, she ensures every patient receives a warm welcome and smooth experience from the moment they walk through our doors. Her attention to detail, organizational skills and genuine passion for helping others make her an essential part of our team. Priscilla handles everything from scheduling and insurance coordination to supporting our clinical staff, always with a smile. Patients appreciate her kind and approachable nature and dedication to making dental visits stress-free and comfortable. Outside of the office, Priscilla enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs, exploring coffee shops, or reading.

Ning is our lead expanded function dental assistant. She is a foreign-trained dental therapist from Thailand, where she treated patients since 1999 before moving to the U.S. in 2009. Ning joined the practice in 2015. She is advanced-trained in CADCAM crown workflow and is excellent at putting patients to ease. She treats everyone as family. Ning is also a fantastic Thai cook – we love whatever she brings to the office. She lives in Silver Spring with her husband, Jason, and takes good care of local fauna. In her spare time, she shops, does gardening, and cooks for friends.

Abby is our expanded function dental assistant who loves cheering on everyone. She is a top notch worker. Abby focuses on coordinating dental labs and tracking cases, as well as aseptic protocols. She has been in D.C. area since 2016 after she lived in Ethiopia and UAE. She has 2 gorgeous twin girls – Gelila and Betanya. Abby hosts parties for her church friends in her spare time and cooks delicious Ethiopian cuisine.

Michelle is our sterilization and instrument technician

Nikki is our dental hygienist diva who graduated from Howard University. She has been in the dental field since 2000. She has been married to her husband Willie since 2002. They were blessed with a son, Cemal. Nikki’s passion for dentistry, along with her bubbly personality, makes her the perfect addition to our family. We are excited for our patients to experience the exceptional care she gives to each and every individual she meets. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family and friends as well as shopping.

Taylor is a dental hygienist and has been with the practice since 2016. She strives to make sure you’re comfortable and relaxed during hygiene visits. Building patient relationships is very important to Taylor, along with ensuring your oral health is in the best shape. She is originally from Flint, Michigan (GO BLUE!), graduated in 2013, and relocated to the DMV area. She has a golden retriever named Eloise and would love to see pics of your animals if you find yourself in her chair. In her spare time, you can find her at Nats games or try new restaurants in the DMV. She loves traveling, going to concerts, and is a big supporter of women’s sports! You can always count on a great playlist coming from her room while you’re here for your visit!

Ebony is a dental hygienist and has been with the practice since 2025

Samia is our expanded function dental assistant with experience from 2014 who joined us in 2022. Born and raised in DMV, she thrives on providing high-quality support to the team and comforting patients – easing anxiety and building trust with the local community. She loved seeing the smiles transform. Samia’s hobbies are roller skating, watching films, and running her candle busines
